We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for most destinations. For peak season travel (Christmas, New Year, Great Migration), 8–12 months ahead is advisable. However, we can often arrange exceptional last-minute trips for our premium clients.

Absolutely. Every tour we sell can be modified to your preferences — duration, accommodation level, activities, pace, and dining preferences. Our starting packages are simply a canvas. Your journey is entirely yours.

Your dedicated travel designer is available via WhatsApp, phone, and email before and during your trip. We handle flight changes, restaurant reservations, unexpected situations, and anything else that arises — 24 hours a day.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance and can connect you with our preferred insurance partners who specialise in luxury travel coverage. Some of our premium packages include travel protection as standard.

Our standard policy allows cancellation with full refund up to 60 days before departure. Between 30–60 days, a 50% credit is issued. Within 30 days, we work with you individually — we have never left a client without options.
